Applying Generative AI at Work
Generative AI in everyday work: 4C prompt writing, drafting and summarising documents, building solutions with RAG and AI agents, and using AI safely and responsibly under the Vietnamese legal framework.
A practical course for managers, specialists and office staff in health. It covers effective prompt writing (Context, Clarity, Constraints, Creativity), AI for administrative writing, document summaries, project management and communication, and how to weigh benefits and risks when bringing AI into a unit's workflow.
The advanced part is for those who want to build their own solutions: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over internal documents, integrating models through APIs, AI agents and multi-step automation with human checkpoints, and evaluating outputs before deployment.
The responsible-AI part covers bringing AI into work safely: recognising model bias and hallucination, protecting personal and health data, being transparent about AI use in academia and communication, and writing internal AI-use policies in line with Vietnamese law (including Law 91/2025/QH15).
